We start from the Harvard Business School finding (Michael Luca, “Reviews, Reputation, and Revenue: The Case of Yelp.com”, 2016) that a one-star rating shift correlates with a 5–9% change in small-business revenue. We take the bottom of that range (5%) and assume one attack only drags your rating down by half a star — so 5% × ½ = 2.5% of revenue per attack. Real attacks are often worse; this keeps the estimate honest and low-balled.

We make it hard and pointless. Each review token is single-use and tied to one transaction, and the customer confirms the interaction from their side before the review is accepted. Patterns that look manufactured get flagged. It is built so honest reviews are the path of least resistance, not a guarantee that abuse is mathematically impossible.
The Free plan has a lifetime cap of 20 verified reviews. Once you reach it, existing reviews stay live and visible — you simply cannot collect new verified reviews until you move to a paid plan. Nothing is deleted and your profile keeps working.

Rogger Pty Ltd is currently below the ATO GST registration threshold (annual turnover under A$75,000) and is not registered for GST, so the listed price is the full price — no GST is added at checkout. You receive a proper tax invoice for every payment. If and when we register for GST, we will update prices with at least 30 days notice.
The Founding 50 is 50 slots per vertical (accounting, allied health, dental, restaurants, etc.) — capped at 50 per category for real scarcity. Founders lock the Verified tier at $49/month permanently — public price is $59. Every business you refer who upgrades to a paid plan also pays you a credit toward your next invoice: $5 per Verified, $25 per Listed, $100 per Featured, $500 per Network. Credits stack and roll over. Hit 50 paid referrals and you unlock Featured-for-life at $200/mo (vs $399 public); 100 unlocks Network-for-life at $500/mo (vs $2,499 public). The Founding rate is permanent — no maintenance threshold to keep it.
